Mallard Creek has been a great place to live for the past 7 years! Leasing office staff is attentive and the building is kept neat and tidy. We appreciate the underground heated parking and access to the party room for hosting events.

Mallard Creek was one of many communities I looked at while moving in from out of state and was one of the very few that actually answered the phone or would call me back if I left a message. One of the huge selling points for me signing here was the fact that parking was included AND a heated garage; normally you would have to pay an additional $100 or more for a covered garage. Absolutely perfect for Minnesota winters. Their maintenance team is quick to respond and address work orders.
